When I dream of falling from a building, is it because I long to be free, and being stuck in a situation makes it difficult to achieve that freedom?
When I dream of a particular friend seeking advice, is it because they genuinely need my help, and I haven’t been present for them in a long time?
When I dream of something bad happening to me, is it because I haven’t been making the right decisions in my life lately?
When I dream of money often, is it because I haven’t been happy in my job?
When I frequently talk to friends in my dreams, is it because I haven’t been able to ask for their help?
When I constantly see my childhood home, is it because I haven’t visited my parents since last Diwali?
Perhaps dreams help us manage our emotions by rehearsing feelings we haven’t acknowledged while awake.
Isn’t this the success we aspire to? Every success quote seems to include the word “dreams” because success is subjective, and its definition varies for everyone. What we think of as success in our minds is what our dreams are made of.
The next time I have a dream, I plan on chasing it and acknowledging it.That is what makes me happy and content.
So, if you can’t find your dream person, it might be because the universe is urging you to follow a path you haven’t been pursuing. I hope you find your dream person.
